As well as the rest of the historic lights of the theatre, the Osler factory in Birmingham, England made it. This chandelier weighs 500kg, has a 3m diameter, 172 bulbs and Baccaratt glassmaking. A team of Uruguayan technicians' made the restoration. They were specialized in different topics: electrical installation and restoration of metals and glassmaking. During this restoration they could recover the original gold-plated work after removing the paint added over the years, without deteriorating the original work. High resistance and maximum-security elements replaced the electrical installation.
